School and Family Engagement Case Manager
Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Position
Year-Round (12 Months)
Description: Establish connections with families and all schools in Rock Island County to lend support and resources to encourage consistent school attendance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in social work, education, or related field required. Must communicate effectively with individuals (written and orally), public speaking experience, proficiency to work independently and with a team, experience working with families and at-risk youth, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner, and ability to prioritize deadlines and responsibilities effectively.
Compensation: Regionally competitive
