Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Social Services field preferred. The successful candidate will have early childhood experience with an emphasis in working with children birth to three and their families. Bilingual capabilities would be an additional asset. Must have the ability to work occasional evenings.
Description:
The primary function of a Family Support Specialist is to promote parent-child engagement through home visiting, family events, and community collaboration. The position serves as an advocate to families by identifying and addressing their needs and linking to community resources.
