#13040 The Lasso Way! Why Climate and Culture are the Key to Engagement and Achievement AA #4141

This workshop will draw leadership lessons from the popular show Ted Lasso. While many of the lessons come from quotes and experiences, it does not focus on the need to have viewed the program. The facilitator will use these lessons to show how visibility, vulnerability, and belief in the power of an organization can yield high results in achievement, climate, educators and support staff health and wellness, while creating stronger teams at their best for the students we serve. Engaging in difficult conversations meant to create a growth mindset and invite change will also be discussed. This academy takes that feedback into account while embedding true leadership lessons that can be shared with staff and strategies for implementation immediately. This academy will focus on strategies for both staff members, administration and the students we serve.
